Since the aesthetics of our Custom Fishing Rods are subjective in nature, we do not guarantee our Labor expended, nor will we refund our Labor Cost if your Custom Fishing Rod malfunctions due to misuse or manufacturer defect. The Fishing Rod Blank and the Components are subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty.
Our Fishing Reel Services are 100% Guaranteed. If you are not fully satisfied with any of our Fishing Reel Services we will refund only the cost for Our Labor, but not Parts.
Return Shipping and Handling are Non-Refundable and are the responsibility of the Customer.
DAMAGES
Damages to Merchandise, Fishing Rod Blanks and Components, and Fishing Reel Parts are subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty.
If the package was damaged when received refuse the shipment or confirm the damages are recorded on the delivery ticket.
